Last week's SEL topic was Being An Upstander.
First grader Harlee in Mrs. Hembree's class found our friend Blue Moon hiding in her classroom. When asked what she learned during the lesson on being an upstander, Harlee replied, "It means being kind and standing up for someone when they need your help."
Great job, Harlee!

Ready, set and GO!
MSE will have another fun dress up week and we encourage you to find your most colorful and special dress up items to wear. Let's see which classes have the most students participating! Our staff will be participating as well. 🏫🤩

Join us Tuesday, March 19th, at 6:00 pm in the Board room at Sisson to share your input on programs and resources you feel are important for our district. We will be using our MTSS pyramids of intervention as a guide. You can find those here: https://www.mountshastausd.com
If you are unable to make the meeting, ask your child's principal for copies of these documents to preview and to add your input or call the D. O. at 926-6007. Thank you!
