Hello MSUSD families! Thanks to the Nancy Driscoll Foundation Fund and the Community Foundation of the North State we are happy to announce we will be gifting a school shirt to ALL students attending Sisson and Mount Shasta Elementary School this year! These shirts display the positive character traits we hope to see in our students. We hope this gift will encourage all students and staff in sharing more school spirit this year! Again, a HUGE, "Thank-you" to the Nancy Driscoll Foundation Fund and the Community Foundation of the North State for your generous donation.

We are so proud of our hard working maintenance team! They are preparing to make this 2022-23 school year the best it can be. Please make sure to take the time to thank them when you get back to school! We are excited to see our students and families on August 22nd. We are looking forward to hearing student voices fill these hallways because without YOU this school is incomplete. This is YOUR school. Mount Shasta Union School District will be holding a job fair on Friday, August 5th, from 1-3 at the elementary school’s cafeteria. You’re invited to learn about our district and available positions for the 22-23 school year. If you have any questions, call 926-6007.

Do you have a child who is eligible for TK? Check the chart to find out. If your child turns 5 before February 2, he/she can start school this August! Registration is open all summer. Come in to the district office for registration material.
